You can leverage this concept to convert followers into customers. But how?
If you adopt tip #1 regularly, your followers should already know about your skills and expertise. So, let’s say they’re reluctant to make a purchase; you can use FOMO to drag them out of their shell. By posting a time-limited offer (a wonderful example of FOMO), you can entice your followers with a great deal that’s running out soon. Shortly after that, you’ll post screenshots or evidence of people who benefited from this offer.
If possible, make sure you tag these people so that your followers can see they’re real people.

When you have many followers, it creates the impression that your brand is popular, loved, and worth patronizing.
In a scenario where a customer has to choose between you and a close competitor, they check the numbers of followers each of you has to decide who’s more trustworthy.

When an influencer recommends a brand or a product, social media users often rush to the brand’s page to check it out.
Believe it or not, social media users trust the judgments and tastes of influencers. So, if you can get a couple of them to simply mention or discuss your brand in their posts, that can make a world of difference for your ultimate aim.
7. Make effective posts
Finally, you need to make sure you aren’t posting into the void. Before you make a post on your social media page, you need to make sure it’s around the time your target audience likes to be online.
Instagram displays posts in people’s feeds by the time of upload. If your posts go live at a time when the target audience isn’t online, chances are that a large percentage of them won’t see it. Whether it is an informative or promotional post or a time-limited offer, they will miss it.
