The servers are responsible to host key applications for the business. These servers require day-to-day management like maintaining, patching, and upgrading. Information Technology Operation Management and Information Technology Service management both are management strategies for the Information Technology department. Both these strategies are similar in many aspects but there are some areas where these two are not quite interchangeable.
