There isn't a person on this planet that wants to pull out their wallet and buy your product, no matter how great it is. They don't care about your product. What they care about is what benefit it is to them. How will it improve their lives? Will it make them thinner, sexier, richer? These are their concerns. On top of that they want to feel as if they are getting a real deal, almost as if they are conning you out of your product.

One of the best ways to draw in your consumer is to offer them more than they would normally expect. FREE is the most powerful word in the English language. If you purchase this product that will make them a millionaire in just under a month, you tell them, by this date they will not only get the key to their financial freedom ( Instill a sense of urgency with a deadline), but you will throw in this super duper marketing manual that has made millionaires out of paupers absolutely free.

You can also use the power of free to draw them in to your site to begin with. Offer a free newsletter or seminar to draw them in and gain their trust. Once they see that you are willing to give your expertise for free they will be much more likely to believe you when you tell them that your products will help them reach their goals faster.

A good example of this approach is a biweekly online seminar given by the wealthguide group at yahoo. The moderator designates an hour a day to showing her downline exactly how to use ezines to market their products. It is a free group and she is always happy to answer any and all questions.

After you have helped your clients with your incredible products, you must follow up with them. There are plenty of free autoresponders online that will help you do this. An autoresponder is a mailing service that you use to program in follow up letters to your subscribers and clients. You set how many follow up messages they receive and even how often they get them.
