Your friend: In just two weeks, I managed to land a $10,000 transaction through the internet. How cool is that!
You: That’s awesome. I’m glad that things are starting to pick up on your end.
Your friend: Thanks! How about you? How many new customers have you gotten from the internet, so far?
You: (Nothing but awkward silence.)
Friends, have you been struggling with getting customers online? Have you reached the point where you’re about to hang your gloves because of how frustrating your online journey has become?
I mean, practically everyone you know seems to be succeeding at finding new customers on the internet, yet you, on the other hand, are getting nothing but dead silence — no replies, no declines, not even a single brutal reaction from the people you’re pitching your services to.
My unsolicited advice.
If you aren’t getting any results out of your endeavor to succeed on the internet, perhaps that’s because you aren’t leveraging the tools that the internet has to offer.
The fact is, with the right tools, you’ll be able to amp up your chances of getting more customers, growing your connections, establishing your profile as an authority on the internet, or optimizing your marketing efforts (among other things).
That said, you NEED to be using the right tools to help you succeed in growing your business online.
Which online tools am I talking about? Here are four of them.
1. WiseStamp
WiseStamp is a powerful yet intuitive tool that helps you create stunning email signatures.
With how much spam email messages are sent every day, I hope you’ve realized by now how important a professional-looking email signature is.
When you think about it, your recipients might even be judging whether your email message is real or not based on whether your signature looks legit.
If you want your recipients to take your email messages seriously, you need to make sure that you — the sender of the message — seem worth taking seriously, as well. What better way to do that than to have an awesometastic email signature, right?
You’ll be amazed at how easy to use the software is. Here’s what pops-up when you click the green “Claim your FREE email signature” button on the homepage.
Pretty impressive, huh? You’ll be able to put two and two together just by looking at their interface.
As you edit the fields on the left, you’d be able to see the changes reflect real-time on your signature’s preview (which is what you see on the right side of the page).
What’s more? The software has a plethora of signature apps that you can choose from.
Here’s how the apps look like in action.
Can you see how powerful the software is?
With this tool in place, the chances of your prospects replying to your email messages will drastically increase.
That being said, you can say goodbye to the deafening silence that you’ve been experiencing for the longest of time.
You can get WiseStamp’s Pro version for $6 per month (billed annually).
2. WiseIntro
You guessed right!
WiseIntro is from the makers of WiseStamp. If you thought WiseStamp was such a mindblowing tool, then you’d be just as impressed at how nifty WiseIntro is.
Before I dive deep on the nuts and bolts of WiseIntro, allow me to start by saying that the software has helped over 650,000 professionals grow their businesses online.
That’s a whopping 650,000!
By the time I finish telling you how WiseIntro works, I hope you don’t question the tool’s significance or usefulness in growing your business. If you do, just remember the figure “650,000,” OK?
If WiseStamp is all about helping you create powerful email signatures, WiseIntro is all about helping you create professional-looking web pages in seconds.
At this point, you might be asking, “Why is it so important for me to have a web page?”
I’m glad you asked.
Allow me to share with you three crucial reasons on why you need to have one:
- It makes you look professional.
- It makes you look legitimate.
- It makes you look authoritative.
As you can probably imagine, these three reasons are make-or-break elements on whether or not you will succeed online (or even offline). Of course, I’m just scratching the surface with the points that I shared above.
Here’s how WiseIntro looks from the inside (the moment you click the, “Create your FREE WebPage Now” button).
WiseIntro’s overall feel is pretty much the same as WiseStamp’s, isn’t it? That means the interface is easy to understand, clutter-free, powerful, functional and excellent.
WiseIntro also has several design customization features that can take your webpage’s looks to the next level.
Last but not the least, WiseIntro also has a contact form that your prospect customers can use to connect with you.
You can get WiseIntro’s Pro version for $7 per month (billed annually).
3. Yesware
If your client acquisition strategy is to send cold email pitches to your prospect customers, then you seriously need to use Yesware.
Yesware has several features to it that can help you improve your productivity while sending email messages, all while helping you get better results out of your cold pitches.
Here are some of the software program’s features:
- It enables you to track your email messages.
- It allows you to create templates, making it easier for you to create your email messages.
- It also enables you to send email follow-ups automatically.
- And it also gives you reports on how your email messages performed.
These are just some of the many benefits a Yesware user can enjoy from using the software.
It’s dead easy to create and access your email templates using Yesware.
Here’s how their reports are going to look like.
Yesware has several other functions that you can use.
Another thing that’s worth mentioning about Yesware is how it integrates seamlessly with SalesForce.
When you have Yesware installed in your email account, you can improve the way you send emails to your prospects making it easier for you to turn them into buying customers.
4. Quora
Quora is a Q&A site with a large number of monthly visitors. According to Similarweb, the website has roughly 330.40 million visitors per month.
The site is pretty epic, huh?
Well, what makes the site even more amazing is how active their community is.
Depending on the kind of niche that you follow (you can follow several niches, by the way) you can very well see posts being published every couple of minutes in Quora.
And if that isn’t enough, you’d be pleased to know that Quora is one of the best places where you can find clients.
I mean, think about it. Since we’re talking about a Q&A site here, then that means the people who come to the platform are those who have questions or problems that they want to be solved.
Of course, if you have the solution to the users’ problems — the solution I’m referring to are your services, of course — then that means you’re in an excellent position to sell your services.
While there are a couple of ways that you can use the platform, one method that I like using is to simply answer the questions related to my niche.
Here’s how you go about doing that.
After you enter your keyword in the search box, do not press “Enter.”
Click the bottom part where it says “Search,” instead.
You will then get access to the questions asked about your industry after you click the section where it says “Search: Your Keyword.”
At this point, you can just open each of the questions then start answering them.
As you can probably imagine, the more questions you answer, the more visibility you’ll get. And since you’re answering the questions that the people in your target niche are asking, then the chances are good that they’ll contact you for help should they need any.
* Note – It goes without saying that your answers to the questions should be comprehensive and value-packed. Adding crappy one-liner answers like, “Good job!” isn’t going to get you anywhere.
What’s next?
