There were years when I only filed maybe 4-5 times the whole year. I just shoved everything in our overhead letter slots! It's a good thing I have space to shove the papers in, but that practice was definitely not ideal. It IS hard to keep up with all the papers. Bookcases and binders are also a good way to go.
