We need to continually be learning new things if running a succesful business.<br/><br/>Look over everything you did the past year and really focus on what worked well and what didn't. Double your efforts this year with what worked and also be on the lookout for new things that work well too. <br/><br/>Managing a successful business is a 24/7 job and learning to organize your work and time is one of the biggest challenges you will face.
