Boston Adventure Boot Camp is a four week fitness program dedicated
entirely for women that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling
and motivational training all for just $14.95 per hour-long workout. Women
can expect some light running, weight training, obstacle courses, core
training and jumping rope each week as they work toward their goals.
Women of all fitness levels and ages are encouraged to participate in the
fitness Boot Camps and all are supported and inspired by each other as they
work toward a common goal of becoming more physically fit and healthy.
“This is a great alternative to hiring a personal trainer, “says Andy
Maus, owner of Boston Adventure Boot Camps and chief instructor. “It’s cost
effective; women see dramatic results and the group support each other in
their efforts.”
The fitness boot camps are round year-round in the greater Boston area
and are attended by women with a variety of goals. Whether it’s becoming
more fit, getting into that wedding dress or shedding those extra pounds
after having a baby, Boston Adventure Boot Camp has helped hundreds of women
in the greater Boston area get the body and health they deserve.
The next boot camp will start on January 5 and run through January 30. It
will be held in the Wellesley area. To sign up call (617) 830-1672 or log on
