The Assessor’s review highlighted the importance of values and ethics within the business, the fact that communication is strong throughout the organization and that the Learning and Development function is key to the success of Tate. During her visits to the various sites, the Assessor uncovered the fact that the “people believe they are recognized and appreciated for their work” and that “staff believe the benefits package and Tate’s approach to work life balance is very positive and continues to improve”.
