(October 16, 2009) through November 20, 2009, The Texas Tamale Warehouse is
hosting its first YouTube Video Contest. Applicants will submit a
one-to-three-minute video to be judged by online viewers, and a select TTW

The winner of the YouTube Video Contest will receive the Grand Prize:
$50.00 in cash, and $50.00 worth of tamales (your choice of flavors). Awards
will also be given for Second Place, and for Third Place. Prizes for these
will be $25.00 worth of tamales. (Each winning video will receive only one
of the three prizes.)
Simply, here's the deal. Make a video that contains anything you want,
plus 3 things: 1. Tamales 2. The words "The Texas Tamale Warehouse" or "TheTexasTamaleWarehouse.com"
in the video - someone saying/rapping the words, or the words printed on a
sign, or superimposed on the video, etc. 3. A link to
www.TheTexasTamaleWarehouse.com in the link section of the
description for the video.
Post the video to YouTube.com, DailyMotion.com, or MetaCafe.com. Other
video websites are OK as long as we have a way to embed the videos on The
Texas Tamale Warehouse website. You must have the rights to any video that
you enter. By submitting a video for the contest, you are allowing The Texas
Tamale Warehouse to use your video for promotional purposes.
Hint: We're looking for catchy, funny, and good; informative might work
too. And it must be family friendly. It might be a mini-documentary about
your order of Texas Tamale Warehouse Tamales and the get-together where you
ate them.
Video entries will be accepted through midnight November 20, 2009, and
will be posted here on this web page.
