Companies from across the country entered the two-part survey process managed by Best Companies Group and facilitated by insideARM to be considered for participation. A few of the eligibility requirements included: being a for-profit or not-for-profit business, being a publicly or privately held business and being a Collection Agency, Collection Law Firm or Debt Buyer. The first part of the evaluation process consisted of reviewing nominees’ workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics. The second section of the evaluation consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores were tabulated and averaged to determine the top companies and the final rankings.
