Pretoria, South Africa
-- It is against this background that a group of senior business people in
Gauteng decided to give back to the community and funded the development of
Bizwave, an idea and business development internet platform that allows
South Africans to collaborate with each other in order to conceive and
create new business at a rate not achievable before.
(news continued below))
This platform allows any South African to develop his or her business
ideas into fully implementable business plans, facilitating the required
business resources and testing the market for his or her business services
and products. The platform is accessible at no cost to the potential
entrepreneur.
During the development of a business idea, the idea owner is in full
control of the confidentiality of the various elements of his developing
business plan and has access to a number of statutory, and other,
intellectual property protection mechanisms on the platform. Potential
entrepreneurs can now start using the Bizwave platform to gain access to
business/entrepreneurial support such as:
· The development of innovative business ideas in a collaborative manner
· Get exposed to like-minded peers
· Resource facilitation
· Get access to business and entrepreneurial mentors
· Business plan development
· Feasibility evaluation
· Strategy development
· Budgeting and financial planning
· Knowledge development
· Funding and support
· Access to local business networks/communities.
The idea development platform is a front runner in developing the future
South African business culture where business networks are sustained by
people working together around multiple, diverse business ideas. These ideas
are built collaboratively instead of the traditional approach where each
entrepreneur was expected to be an expert in all business areas of his or
her new business. Once a month, Bizcommunity members will be informed about
new Bizwave services, products and tools available to entrepreneurs and
business minded individuals.
www.bizwave.co.za aims to
empower all South Africans to take responsibility and ownership of their own
futures so they can create sustainable wealth and growth - for a better life
for us all.
