Orlando office, has been named president of the CPA Auto Dealer Consultants
Association (CADCA).

CADCA is a network of CPA firms nationwide and is designed to provide the
automotive industry with access to the most highly qualified financial
experts in the country. CADCA currently represents more than 1200 auto
dealers nationwide. As president, Silver will work to further develop the
associations' relationship with automotive dealers and enhance the range of
consulting and financial services its members can provide.

Silver has over 25 years of public accounting experience, specializing in

substantial expertise in the valuation of automobile industries. He also
specializes in the acquisition and sale of automobile dealerships. Most
recently, Silver served as vice president for the association.
