There is no time limit to use these hours. The package is now on their website and can be availed anytime. We also plan to start an affiliate program very soon as 25 percent of our sales comes from customer referrals, says Narang.

Many of our existing customers started quite small and now have dedicated teams with us. We have become a one stop shop for all their operations outsourcing needs. We provide services ranging from power point enhancements to Internet research to telesales and web design coupled with programming, says Vineet Narang.

The company is seeing growth in customer requirements and has added many new customers in the current quarter.

We plan to sit down in December and create plans and strategy for 2009, says Sabina Kamal, COO of the company. The need for VA services is growing we need to take proactive measures to keep up our efficiency levels and hire the right people to service our customers. Handling the growing volume is also a challenge, says Sabina.
