American Legend Homes Tops Customer Satisfaction Survey

 
American Legend Homes (ALH) announced today that it received outstanding customer service satisfaction results in the recent Woodland, O'Brien and Associates, Inc. survey of DFW homebuyers. Results Reveal 100 Percent of Homebuyers Willing to Refer Friends and Family to American Legend Homes

Woodland O'Brien surveys all American Legend Home buyers regarding several home purchase criteria within 30 to 90 days of closing. Survey categories include: 1) sales staff communication, 2) warranty, 3) product quality, 4) timely delivery and 5) follow-through of sales team, among other topics. Survey results on home sales from October 2007 through May 2009 reflect that American Legend Homes is consistently among Woodland O'Brien's top performers. For example, in the last six month survey period:

  • 100 % of homebuyers were "willing to refer friends and family to American Legend Homes," up from a still impressive 95% in the previous six-month period
  • ALH received zero negative ratings in their overall performance in categories such as consistent sales team follow-through" and "communications"
  • 100% of American Legend Homes reported 0% negative ratings at delivery indicating, according to Woodland O'Brien, that "the home acceptance, delivery and move-in process is nearly stress-free"
  • American Legend Homes received 100% positive ratings in the builders' performance category for customer service during construction and delivery, with tremendously positive comments
  • 0% of American Legend's buyers report even "moderate disappointment" and 0% indicated dissatisfaction with the product
  • Customers indicated that American Legend was "extremely well prepared for closing" with 90% reporting positively and 0% indicating dissatisfaction
