GCS was acquired by YASH in 2003 and has been providing the SMB market

customers and partners drove the identity change to YASH Technologies, SAP
Software Sales Division. Now integrated and branded as one company, YASH
will continue the strong momentum of providing solutions and services around
the SAP suite of products to clients in the Northeast. In addition, clients
will receive the added value of an expanded portfolio that includes
eBusiness, Business Analytics, and Security for end-to-end enterprise
solutions.

As part of GCS’ identity change to YASH, an organizational structure
change was also made. Jacinto Arauz, Vice President of Sales, will also
focus on the SAP alliance and build on the already strong alignment with SAP
