Clearwater, FL -
Divino Restaurant investor-entrepreneur Dmitry Lisovitskiy, says right now
is the best time to open a restaurant in Florida. Despite the deep US
recession, which Lisovitskiy “does not believe in”, he and his partner Piero
Caramella are going to capitalize on the 27 billion dollars that will be
spent in Florida by diners in 2009. According to market research by the
National Restaurant Association, this year will be an unprecedented year for
dining out in Florida where restaurant-goers will be spending more money
than ever dining out. Maybe diners do not believe it is a recession either?
Divino will be modeled after the famous Italian Piazzas where the center
of Italian culture comes alive with good conversation and great authentic
Italian food. In Italy every single town or small village has a Piazza. It's
a gathering place where people come together to talk and meet. It's the
central focus point of the town.
“Personally I do not believe in a recession. If you do your job very
well, if you give 100% of yourself to the job and you are really passionate
about it, you can never fail, says Lisovitskiy, “Our goal is to bring people
more value on the money they spend, and that is good because they will value
you and they will trust you and they will be more happy.”
