address “The Selling Process”, “Maximizing the Value of Businesses” and
“Preparing for a Future Sale.”
The seminar will cover typical challenges faced when selling a business;
present a transaction analysis approach toward presenting and viewing
financial statements; and, review transaction structure alternatives.
