After a successful turnout last year, the second annual Advance Realty Blood drive is scheduled for June 19th from10 AM to 3 PM where there will be an American Red Cross bloodmobile in the parking lot of the Perry Hall office for agents and employees, neighboring businesses and anyone who would like to donate blood as Red Cross inventories are critically low.

This week, May 14th-16th, Advance Realty, amid thousands of real estate professionals, will occupy the NAR midyear trade expo booth #606. It will take place at the Mariott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington DC. The expo will showcase the most innovative real estate products and services on the market.

Advance Realty is on the air! Eight of the Maryland offices are participating with the WHFS radio station, 105.7, with Carl Delmont and Jen Naylor from Freedmont Mortgage. The show will air every Sunday morning from 9-10am covering many real estate topics including buying, selling, mortgages, title, ect. They will also advertise local Open Houses. The broadcasts are currently scheduled through July 20th 2008.

Advance Realty, known for its low 1.75% fee and expert full-service offering, was established in 2001 in Baltimore Maryland. Robert Munson (CEO) and Michael Nace (COO), decided to develop a new real estate franchise that would end the pattern of climbing fees so commonly associated with real estate. Through the “List more, Sell more” system, agents are offered the most incentive-rich, income-producing program available in the trade. Now with offices in multiple states, the company offers complete real estate services and money-saving programs to clients in addition to numerous agent benefits including profit sharing, integrated real estate technologies and comprehensive training.
