Event for real estate agents in Indiana will teach needs of boomer and senior markets. Diana Beam, Realtor, welcomes questions and is available for interviews.
April 13, 2008 ( PowerHomeBiz ) - Westfield, IN -- Indiana senior advocate and event sponsor Diana Beam of http://www.SmoothMovesForSeniors.com  in association with the host, Maples of Spring Mill, and a number of local senior services providers, will present the first of three free informational luncheons to help real estate professionals in the Indianapolis area learn the how to better serve the senior citizen market and the families of seniors.

(news continued below)

The events in this “Senior Tsunami Series” will cover the options available to seniors locally and will offer relationship-building approaches for long-term real estate success and service to seniors, the fastest growing segment of America's population.

“SmoothMovesForSeniors.com is proud to sponsor these events,” said Beam, “and I consider teaching others how to reach and properly serve area seniors a personal calling. The more people I can help directly, or indirectly, the happier I am. Helping seniors determine and achieve the perfect arrangements for later life is a gratifying process. Too many real estate agents don't see that helping seniors is more than simply selling a home. It's a much larger issue with many long-term opportunities for seniors, the family and the agent.”

The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 22, 2008. The host will be the Maples of Spring Mill (an Epcon Community) at 17083 Huntley Place in Westfield, Indiana. The event will include a complimentary lunch provided by the host, a number of presentations by area experts, and door prizes for attendees.

This is the first of three events in the Silver Tsunami Series, with another planned for mid-summer and the last for later in the fall. For more information or to register for this free event call 317-216-8566 or email registrations@SmoothMovesForSeniors.com.
