David Terry, President of IAS Claim Services, Inc., announced today the
promotion of key executives to new roles at IAS, creating a new management
structure that will transform the IAS property and casualty claim adjustment
and third party administration client services. "The previously-launched IAS
ClaimCare operations has presented new opportunities for providing uniquely
outstanding client service. In order to allow our clients to fully exploit
the benefits of IAS ClaimCare, we are reorganizing our client service teams
to operate on a "one-firm" platform. This is an exciting new time for our
most experienced and talented managers who have been with IAS for many years
to come together and leverage their collective resources in a ways that were

Steve Perry, who has been with IAS for over 13 years and served most
recently as a Texas Regional Manager, is being promoted to the newly-created
position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Steve has
over 34 years of experience in independent claims adjustment and third party
administration services, beginning with GAB Robins North America. In his new
role, Steve will lead the complete rollout of IAS ClaimCare to all IAS
clients and adjusters. Steve's role will also include the direct
responsibility for all IAS Vice Presidents including IAS operations
performance company-wide. Larry Cochran, CEO stated "I have total confidence
in Steve's ability to lead the change of a whole new way of delivering
superior service in our company that will be a new high watermark in the
industry. Steve's leadership, understanding of our industry and
understanding of where our client organizations are headed is why we did not
have to look far to fill this key new role at IAS."
John Reed formerly the Louisiana Regional Manager of IAS has been
promoted to Vice President. John has run the IAS Louisiana office since
joining in 1995. In his new role, while continuing to lead the IAS Southeast
and Gulf Coast operations, John will also be the technology champion for key
pieces of IAS ClaimCare that involves the development, integration and
training of multiple applications that join together in making ClaimCare a
seamless efficiency lever for our adjusters and our clients. John began his
insurance services career with Crawford & Co. in 1989 as a property and
casualty adjuster. "Our clients appreciate John for the same reasons we do
and that's because you cannot find a more conscientious, energetic and
skilled claims professional who is always on top of things" said David
Terry, President.
Kevin Ford, with IAS since 2000 and formerly a Texas Regional Manager has
also been promoted to Vice President. Kevin will be responsible for managing
the largest volume of daily claim traffic out of IAS headquarters in
Richardson, Texas. Kevin's role will also include providing leadership for
key Third Party Administration accounts, a fast growing component of
revenues at IAS. David Terry stated that "Being based in our headquarters
and managing claims for our largest clients places a great deal of pressure
on Kevin which he has proven to handle with great care. Kevin will be
working closely with the IAS management team in our new "one-firm" company
platform that is the accelerator for delivering client success through IAS
ClaimCare."
