Spring is a great time to change your image and East launches a new
collection that allows you to do that. Driftwood is a collection inspired by
the environment that surrounds us and offers a new sophisticated look for
the New Year.

The collection gets its colour and feel from the subtle yet somewhat
earthy surroundings of a country home in India. Thus the look created is one
that is ethnic yet has a sense of sophistication. Think India in its
romantic nature rather than on a practical day to day journey.
The shapes of
the garments are flowing using layering and wrapping fabric to create an
effortless free look. The fabrics are textured natural fabrics in both weave
and print.
The colouring is natural wood and earth tones which are blended
and highlighted with beautiful dusky blues, deep grape and a lovely somewhat
unusual cardamon green.
The result is a collection with a striking ethnic
background yet incorporating floral prints and subtle stripes to bring it
into a more modern day look.
