Coulters Computer Consulting is located in the lower Hudson Valley on the
border of Orange, Putnam, Westchester, and Rockland County, New York.
Coulter’s website focuses on small business and individual computer user
market, and is currently divided into 7 pages. In addition to the home and
about pages, there are pages that features computer services, web marketing,
computer training, a statement of ethics, and one for syndicated marketing
articles.
Coulters Computer Consulting is a woman-owned business that was
established in 1996 to fill a niche left open by other consulting companies.
The founder, Sandy Coulter, is a self-taught A+ certified computer
technician, and is a certified Web/SearchEngine marketer. She has been
involved with computers since 1986, when she bought her first computer to
