A real-estate veteran with nearly twenty years of experience, Dottie Cordwell will serve as Advance Realty Group's broker, while her husband and seasoned agent, John Cordwell, will take on the role of Marketing Director and Co-Owner, ensuring the office will have a strong foundation of expertise. “We want to recruit 50 agents and be one of the biggest offices in Advance Realty USA”, says Dottie. The couple has been selling real estate since 1989, starting with the one-time well-known local company, O’Conor, Piper & Flynn which later became Coldwell Banker.

Having a professional background in both company ownership and Real Estate, it was an easy choice for them to join the Advance Realty franchise as leaders. “We received a post card from Rob Munson and decided to make the change. That was the best decision we ever made.”

There are already plans in place to counter the current market fluctuation. “In this market it is back to the basics. Agents have to develop contacts. They have to constantly talk to people and make friends. Developing a niche and targeting that group of persons helps to draw business,” states Dottie.
